If you ordered directly from our website, you will receive a confirmation email from store@i-d.co with your order number and a link to track its progress. If you ordered from another platform such as Instagram, you should expect a similar email from the platform. Items ship from the UK and will be delivered within 5 business days if you’re in the UK, and within 12 business days on average everywhere else, depending on your location.
We endeavor to ship items quickly after the order is placed, so it is usually not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. However, please contact store@i-d.co as soon as possible, and we will do our best to try to accommodate.
Items ship from the UK and should be delivered within 5 business days if you’re in the UK and within 12 business days (on average) everywhere else, depending on your location. Items shipped to the USA will be sent via USPS without tracking.
We endeavor to ship items as quickly as possible after your order is placed. Items will usually leave our facilities within 24-48 hours after we receive your order (unless the item is available for pre-order; please note under the product description if an item is expected to start shipping in the future). Our shipping team operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. You should receive your order within 5 to 12 business days after it is shipped, depending on your location.
If you ordered from the i-D website, you will receive a tracking email directly from shop.i-d.co. If you ordered from another platform such as Instagram, you should expect a similar email from the platform. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
If it has been more than 15 days with no movement on the tracking, please reach out to store@i-d.co. If tracking shows as delayed with no movement after 30 days, we will refund your order.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at store@i-d.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a description of the issue and photographs if applicable. Upon inspection, we will either exchange the item for a new one or provide a refund.
If it has been more than 15 days since you placed your order but the order tracking does not show movement, please reach out to store@i-d.co. If tracking shows as delayed with no movement after 30 days, we will refund your order automatically.
If the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason (the EU cooling off period). As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The EU cooling off period policy specified above applies only to EU customers. Please note it does NOT apply to purchases made from the UK of magazines and/or newspapers.
